"BELLADONNA ES UNICA Y AUTENTICA"

Katsuni es una de las estrellas más rutilantes del porno a nivel internacional. Se trata de un nombre que no necesita presentación, y que, además de una actriz consagrada, ha iniciado con éxito otros caminos a nivel empresarial. Durante años fue una de las figuras destacadas que hizo presencia en el FICEB, y una entrevista de las que quedaba pendiente.

Desgraciadamente, nadie podía predecir el rumbo que tomarían los acontecimientos, y lo que era una cita pendiente ha quedado en una entrevista a distancia, si bien no por ello menos interesante. Katsuni se ha tomado su tiempo para responder con la amplitud necesaria todas y cada una de las preguntas de esta entrevista, y el resultado es el que vais a comprobar a continuación. Seguro que desde hoy conocereis (y amareis) un poquito más a Katsuni.

En primer lugar,¿te sientes como una gran estrella en este momento? Porque tú no eres una actriz porno más, Contrato con Digital Playground, portada de revistas, un montón de premios…

Gracias! Pero, sabes, soy una “estrella” en el pequeño mundo del porno, aunque eso represente un montón de fans y una carrera internacional, esto es sólo porno. Luego, dentro de la industria para adultos sí puedo decir que tengo un nombre importante, especialmente en Francia, y una buena carrera en Estados Unidos.

Soy una actriz porno que se ha manejado para construir algo, y que todavía tiene cosas que hacer en esta industria y eso es estupendo. Pero el objetivo principal es ser ser una mujer que pueda inspirar o proporcionar placer.

Cuando comenzaste en el porno, ¿esperabas cosechar un éxito tan grande? ¿Cuáles eran tus planes de futuro en ese momento?

Seguro que no! Sólo tenía curiosidad por tener nuevas experiencias y divertirme, pero no tenía ni idea de que la gente iba a apreciarme ni de que sería buena para este trabajo. No tenía confianza en que eso fuese a ocurrir en absoluto!

Me llevó dos años antes de tomar realmente la decisión de comenzar mi carrera (los dos primeros años todavía era una estudiante). De hecho mis planes eran convertirme en profesora de literatura.

Los AVN han finalizado hace poco y este año no te has llevado ningún premio. ¿Estas triste por eso? ¿O quizás después de ganar tantos premios no resulta demasiado importante para ti?

Triste son palabras mayores. Siempre te quedas un poco decepcionada, :-) me encanta ganar! Además, invertí  mucho en mi nueva website oficial www.clubkatsuni.com , así que, honestamente, esperaba conseguir un premio por ella :-) Pero  está bien. Yo ya tengo 31 premios y las chicas que ganaron probablemente lo merecían

Has estado en España un montón de veces. ¿Echas de menos el FICEB? ¿Te lo pasabas bien?

Sí, lo echo de menos MUCHISIMO! Era la mejor feria! Tan divertida! Lamento realmente que no se celebre más, pero el negocio ha bajado mucho. Tal vez se celebre de nuevo alguna vez, ¿no?

De todos modos, tengo los mejores recuerdos allí :-). De hecho, planeo pasar pronto un fin de semana  de vacaciones en España con mi querida amiga Nomi (solíamos hacer shows juntas en el FICEB). Ambas amamos España, es un país precioso y apreciamos de verdad a los españoles, son tan agradables, tan felices por naturaleza…muy diferentes a los franceses!

¿Qué recuerdos guardas de tus rodajes en España?

¡Eran lo peor! :-) ¡Tan desorganizados pero tan divertidos! Estaban los mejores actores y actrices allí juntos, y para nosotros era como que nos pagaran por estar de vacaciones!

Conocí a gente fantástica gracias a los rodajes de IFG: Nacho Vidal, Belladonna, Rocco Siffredi, Roberto Malone… Grabé para Narcís Bosch y Max Cortés y no puedo decir que fuese todo estupendo porque se grababa en unas condiciones muy poco profesionales, pero ¿sabes qué? Todo el mundo tenía buen rollo. Tengo un montón de historias que recuerdo.

Hablemos sobre tu contrato con Digital Playground. Parece que eres diferente al resto de las otras chicas de contrato. Vives en Francia, grabas tu propio contenido…¿Acaso eres la favorita de Samantha Lewis? ¿Cómo es tu relación con el resto de chicas?

:-) No, no soy la chica de contrato favorita. De hecho Samantha Lewis nos trata a todas muy bien y con mucho respeto, pero es cierto que mi contrato no podía ser similar al que las otras chicas firmaron, por la simple razón de que cuando yo me uní al equipo ya tenía una carrera de 6 años. Ya había registrado mi nombre artístico como marca, tenía experiencia y era independiente.

Así que fue más un acuerdo del tipo “yo actúo y pongo mi nombre para la compañía y Digital Playground me da trabajo en sus mejores películas, me garantiza exposición en los medios, me ayuda a desarrollar otras actividades (como baile y actuaciones en directo, por ejemplo)…

Además de eso, considerando mi edad es importante para mí tener mi propia producción, producir mi propio contenido para mi web y el mercado europeo, de este modo puedo preparar lo que será mi etapa después de dejarlo como actriz.

Por supuesto, una chica de 19 años que firma con Digital Playground no tiene que pensar en todas esas cosas y es normal que deje a Digital manejar su carrera completamente.

Mi relación con las otras chicas es siempre buena. Jesse (Jane) me gusta especialmente, porque es la mayor y es elegante, una auténtica estrella. Las otras chicas son agradables, guays, y honestamente, no tienen razones para no serlo, porque trabajar para Digital es realmente una gran oportunidad! A veces, algunas no lo entienden y se marchan demasiado pronto!

Estoy seguro de que estarás muy contenta con tu contrato, especialmente si DP te paga 2 millones de dólares por tu papel en “Pirates”, jajajaj…

Jajaja :-), sí, en un programa de la televisión francesa dijeron eso, así que tuve que aclararlo en Facebook, porque, creeme, en Francia la gente no te trata muy bien si creen que ganas un montón de dinero! Ojalá hubiese sido verdad!

Sé que admiras mucho a Belladonna (yo también). ¿Porqué crees que es tan especial?

Es especial porque su personalidad es única, ella es auténtica, no hay diferencias entre el carácter de la pornostar y de la mujer. Es siempre ella misma: apasionada, generosa, dulce, encantadora.. Nunca la he visto quejarse o hablar mal de nadie.

Tiene un interior hermoso, aparte del hecho de que su cuerpo es increíblemente flexible y de que es una actriz increíble. Da la impresión de que nunca juzga, que siempre es abierta. A veces es como un niño, casi inocente. Nunca ví a nadie como ella. Puede hacer escenas muy fuertes, pero cuando la conoces, sólo te inspira amor, dulzura.

La gente lo siente, lo ve, y esa es la razón por la que todavía sigue aquí y por la que seguirá dentro de 20 años. Belladonna es ella misma, y eso es muy grande.

¿Puedes decirme nombres de otra gente a la que admires en este negocio?

Samantha Lewis, la mujer de negocios más dulce y sexy que he conocido! Robby D., Joone, Brad Armstrong, Paul Thomas, Michael Ninn y Eli Cross, grandes directores. Sasha Grey por su determinación y la imagen que se ha construido. Ella es el rostro de la nueva generación.

Hablemos ahora sobre Petit Coeur. En primer lugar he de decirte que estas increíble en las fotos.¿Crear una línea de lencería fue idea tuya? ¿Tienes algún socio? ¿O Katsuni es sólo la imagen y hay una compañía detrás que te respalda?

Gracias! Sí, Petit Coeur fue idea mía, era algo que quería hacer desde hace muchos años, pero no tenía el tiempo necesario para dedicarme a ello. Firmar con Digital Playground me permitió centrarme en nuevos proyectos, así que decidí crear mi propia compañía e invertir el dinero que había ganado con mis escenas.

Siempre quise hacer algo creativo y lanzar mi propia línea de lencería es algo lógico y coherente teniendo en cuenta mi carrera como pornostar y mi experiencia como mujer. No tengo socios, aunque ya tengo grandes distribuidores en Francia, Alemania, Austria, Nueva Zelanda y pronto en Estados Unidos.

Sigo mi instinto, intento aprender rápido y escucho los consejos de la gente con experiencia en esta industria. Es un gran reto, porque es una nueva carrera y me encanta!

Estuviste recientemente en Asia promocionando Petit Coeur, y me resultó divertido leer que estabas un poco asustada/nerviosa acerca de la reacción de la gente asiática. ¿Significa eso que crees que la gente te aprecia por tu look exótico y que  ibas a perder tu “poder” en un lugar donde todo el mundo es “exótico”?

Sí, exacto! Es fácil sentirse diferente en un pequeño país como Francia donde no hay chicas asiáticas en el negocio, incluso en Europa!. Pero en Asia… También sabía que las chicas más populares allí son de Japón, y es una belleza muy concreta, son muy pequeñitas, jóvenes (19 o 20 años) tienen una piel muy pálida y un look inocente y natural.

Yo tengo 30 años, mezcla de razas, con pechos operados y nada inocente :-). No era tan obvio que le gustase a la gente, pero me pareció que en cuanto subí al escenario, supe crear una especie de química con el público. Fue una sorpresa estupenda y una experiencia preciosa. Volveré a Asia Adult Expo en Agosto!

Ahora estás dirigiendo una linea de castings. ¿Significa eso que ya estás haciendo planes para la retirada? ¿Intentando convertirte en cazatalentos? ¿O dirigir es simplemente otro tipo de trabajo que te gusta hacer?

Las dos cosas! De hecho primero quiero darle a mis fans algo que no hayan visto hasta ahora. Es demasiado fácil conseguir en la web contenido gratis en el que yo salgo! Hacer castings me permite hacer algo nuevo y divertirme al mismo tiempo. Para mí, como actriz, es muy excitante.

Es estupendo grabar gente “fresca”, sin experiencia. Y es verdad que puede ser un paso hacia mi retirada , porque cada vez participo menos y estoy más detrás de la cámara, entrevistando, grabando e iniciando a chicas, chicos y parejas. Y a la gente le gusta, porque al final lo que importa es ver a nuevos chicos y chicas conmigo. La verdad es que lo disfruto.

En orden de preferencias de 1 a 3.. ¿Qué disfrutas más: dirigir, modelar o actuar?

¡Expresarme!  Cuando realizo las actividades de dirigir, posar o actuar para hacer algo que personalmente me gusta, soy feliz. No siempre será así, pero me siento muy afortunada de llevar a cabo esas actividades. No puedo elegir solo una porque lo que me gusta y necesito es poder hacer siempre algo diferente.

¿Que puedes decirnos de tus websites? ¿Eres una “ciberchica”?, es decir ¿Pasas mucho tiempo en internet?

:-) Sí, incluso podríamos decir que soy una fanática! Manejo todos mis negocios via web. Cierro acuerdos desde Paris con L.A., Nueva York, Berlin, Sidney o Hong Kong. No podría llevar mis compañías americanas sin internet, porque me paso la vida viajando. Aquí están mis websites:

¿Te gusta estar en contacto con tus fans?¿O es un trabajo aburrido que una pornstar tiene que hacer?

No, todavía es divertido y por eso aun disfruto yendo a l AEE/AVN cada Enero en Las Vegas y bailando cada fin de semana. Facebook y las redes sociales también son un gran modo de mantenerse en contacto y compartir mensajes guays. Como dice Belladonna, nuestros fans nos proporcionan la gran vida que tenemos y nunca deberíamos olvidarlo.

¿Has conocido algún fan por el que te hayas sentido atraída? ¿Has salido con alguno?

Sí, ya ha sucedido, pero, sabes, cuando trabajo no tengo tiempo o posibilidad de hacer otra cosa que no sea…trabajar. Tengo conmigo a mi agente, guardaespaldas, si firmo autógrafos a algunos chicos realmente guapos (y chicas!), me lo guardo para mi y luego fantaseo sobre ello.

Ahora vas a tener un contacto más cercano con ellos porque has comenzado a bailar. ¿Qué puedes decirme de esta experiencia? ¿Has trabajado muy duro para  estar preparada?

:-) No voy a empezar a bailar. Bailo en clubs cada fin de semana desde hace 4 años y comencé en los escenarios incluso antes. (MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEC, cagada habemus)

Bailo en Francia , Italia y desde hace 2 años en Estados Unidos, y es una de las partes favoritas de mi trabajo. Me encanta estar en el escenario tanto como delante de una cámara. Me gusta actuar, insinuar, jugar, entretener al público, hombres y mujeres. Trabajé mucho.

No soy bailarina , ni chica de barra, pero trabajé en superar mis propios miedos con objeto de estar confiada y sexy en el escenario. También intento vestir ropa bonita, tomarme mi tiempo para elegir la música y crear una pequeña historia para cada show. Me nominaron para “Adult entertainer of the Year” en 2009 en Las Vegas, espero poder recibir ese premio este año! Para mi es una verdadera profesión.

¿Tienes un hombre especial en tu vida, verdad? ¿Cómo es el hombre que te vuelve loca?

Si. Él es muy especial. No podría estar con alguien 100% normal :-). Es inteligente, talentoso, guapo, generoso, tiene un gran sentido del humor. Lo admiro y lo respeto de verdad, es mi mejor amigo y compartimos momentos increíbles juntos. No “me vuelve loca”, ya no soy una adolescente, así que no creo que esa sea la expresión adecuada. Diría que es parte de mi de un modo natural. Es un hecho, ya no me cuestiono nada, Me siento realmente serena.

A decir verdad, tengo que admitir que estoy impresionada. Ha sido muy bonito ser entrevistada por alguien que realmente sigue mis noticias y lee mis blogs, lo aprecio realmente. GRACIAS. Ha sido un placer, y como sabes, para mí el placer significa mucho ;-)

First of all, in this moment, do you feel like a great star? Because you are not just another porn actress… DP contract, cover of magazines, a lot of awards…

Thank you! But you know I'm a “star” in the little world of porn so even if it represents a lot of fans and an international career...that it's still ..just porn. Then, inside this adult industry, yes I can say that I have  a big name, especially in France and a good career in USA. I 'm an adult performer who managed to build something  and still have things to do in this industry and that's cool. But most of all being a woman who can inspire or bring pleasure is the main point.

When you started in porn business, did you expect you´ll get so big success? What were your future plans in that moment?

For sure no! I was only curious to have new experiences, to have fun but I had no idea that people would appreciate me and that I would be good for this job. I wasn't confident at all! It took me 2 years before I really made the choice to start my career.(the 2  1st years I was still a student). And in fact I was planning to become a literature teacher.

AVN awards has just finished and this year you haven´t any award. Are you sad? Or maybe after winning so many awards it´s not too much important for you?

Sad is a big word. Always a little disappointed of course lol I love winning! And I invest myself a lot in my new official website www.clubkatsuni.com so honestly I was hoping to get an award for that  lol But it's ok I already have 31 awards  and the girls who won probably deserve it!

You´ve been in Spain a lot of times. Do you miss FICEB? Did you enjoy it?

Yes I miss it SO MUCH! It was the best convention!It was so much fun! I really regret that it's not there anymore but the business is very slow and difficult. Maybe it will come back one day?

Anyway I have the best memories there lol In fact I even plan to spend soon a week-end of holyday in Spain with my dear girlfriend Nomi (we used to do erotic shows  together at Ficeb). We love  Spain, it's a beautiful country and we really appreciate Spanish people; they're so friendly, naturally happy...so different from French people!

What do you remember about your shootings in Spain?

They were the worst lol So un-organized but so funny. We had all the best performers together and  for all of us it was like being paid to be on holyday! I met great people thanks to the shootings organized by IFG: Nacho Vidal, Belladonna, Rocco Siffredi, Roberto Malone... I shot for Narcis Boch and Max Cortes and I can't say that it was really cool because it was really shot in un-professional conditions but  you know what? everybody were in a good mood. I have so many good stories in mind.

Let´s talk about your DP contract. It seems you´re something different of the other contract girls. You live in France, shoot your own content…Are you the favourite of Samantha Lewis? How is your relationship with the other girls?

Lol No, I'm not the favorite contract girl. In fact Samantha Lewis treats  all of us very well, and with a lot of respect ; but it's true that my contract couldn't be similar to the one that the other girls signed, for the simple reason that when I joined the team I already had a 6 years  old career . I 'd already deposited my stage name as a trademark, I had my experience and used to be independent.

So it was more a deal like: I bring my performances and my name to the company, and Digital Playground makes me work in its best movies, guarantee me a great exposure in medias, helps me to develop other activities (like feature-dancing for ex) ; besides that, considering my age, it's important for me to have my own production and produce my own content for my website and for the European market ; this way I can prepare my “after-career”.

Of course a 19 years old girl who signs with Digital Playground doesn't have to think of all these things and it's normal that she lets Digital P. run her whole career.

My relationship with the other girls is always good. Of course I especially like Jesse because she's the oldest and she's smart, she's a real star. The other girls are friendly, cool and to be honest they really have no reasons to not be cool because working for Digital Playground is really a chance! Sometimes, a few of them don't really understand that and leave too soon!

I´m sure you will very happy with your contract, specially if DP pays you 2 million dollars for your role in “Pirates”…hahaha

lol Yes a TV show in France said that so I had to write a line about it on Facebook because believe me in France people don't treat you well when they think that you earn a lot of money! But I wish it was true!

I know you admire Belladonna very much (me too). Why do you think she´s so special?

She's special because her personality is unique ; she's true :there's no difference between the character of the pornstar and the woman. She's always herself: passionate, generous, sweet, nice..I never saw her complaining or telling bad things about anybody.

She really has a beautiful soul besides the fact that her body is incredibly flexible and that she's an amazing performer. It seems that she never judges, that she's always “open”.She's sometimes like a child, almost innocent. I never saw somebody like her.

She may do very rough scenes, when you meet her she only inspires love, sweetness. People feel it, see it...and this is why she's still here today and why she will still be here in 20 years. Belladonna is just herself and that's huge.

Can you tell me the names of another people you admire in the business?

Samantha Lewis, the sexiest and sweetest business woman I've met! Robby D, Joone, Brad Armstrong, Paul Thomas, Michael Ninn and Eli Kross, great directors. Sasha Grey for her determination, the character she built .She's the face of the new generation.

Let´s talk about Petit Coeur. First of all I have to tell you looks AMAZING in the pictures. Create a lingerie line was your idea? Do you have a partner? Or Katsuni is just the image and there´s a corporation behind you?

Thank you! Yes, Petit Coeur was my idea. I wanted to do it since many years but I didn't have the time to take care of it . Signing with Digital Playground allowed me to focus on new projects so I decided to create my own company and invest the money I made with my scenes.

I've always wanted to do something creative and launching my own line of lingerie is something  coherent and logical regarding my career as a pornstar and my experience as a woman. I don't have any partners but I have already great distributors in France, Germany,Austria,  Australia, New-Zealand and soon in USA.

I follow my instinct, try to learn fast and listen to the advices of people who have experience in this industry. That's a great challenge because that's a real new career and I love that!

You were recently in Asia promoting Petit Coeur and it was funny for me to read you were a little bit scared/nervous about the reaction of Asian people. Does it means you think everybody loves you for your exotic looks and you´re gonna lose your “power” in a place where everybody is “exotic”? ;-)

Yes exactly! It's easy to feel different in a small country like France where there's no asian girl in the business, even in Europe!...But in Asia! Also I know that the most popular girls are from Japan and it' s a very specific beauty; they are very tiny, young (19-20 years old), have with a very pale skin and a innocent look, natural. ...I'm 30 years old, mixed, with fake breasts, and not innocent at all lol

That was really not obvious that people would like me but it seems that as soon as I go on stage, I manage to create a kind of chemistry with my audience. That was a cool surprise and a beautiful experience. I'll go back at Asia Adult Expo in August!

Now you are directing a castings line. Does it mean you have plans for retirement? Try to became a talent hunter? Or directing it´s just another kind of work you like to do?

Both! In fact I want first to give my fans something they never saw until now. That's so easy to get free content with me on the web! Doing castings allows me to do something new and to really  have fun in the same time . For me as a performer this is also very exciting .That's so good to shoot people who are “fresh” , who have no experience.

And it's true that it really can be a step toward my retirement because sometimes I participate less and stay more behind the camera and still I'm here to interview , film and initiate the girls,guys,couples...and still people like it because in the end what matters is to see new girls and guys in front of me. I really enjoy it.

In order of preference from 1 to 3. What do you enjoy more: directing, modeling or performing?

Expressing myself! As long as I use the activities of directing, modeling and performing to do something I personally like, I'm happy. It won't always be like that but I feel very lucky to still do all these activities. I can't pick only one because what I like, and need, is to be able to do always something different.

What about your websites? Are you a “Cyber-girl”? =Do you spend a lot of time in internet?

Lol Yes we even can say that I'm a geek! I run all my business via the web. I make deals from Paris with LA, New-York, Berlin, Sidney or Hong-Kong.... I couldn't run my US companies without internet as I travel all the time. Here are my websites:

Do you like being in contact with your fans? Or is it a bored work that a pornstar have to do?

No it's still fun and this is why I still enjoy going to AEE each January in Las Vegas and feature-dancing every week-end. Facebook etc are also great way to keep in touch and share cool messages. Like Belladonna says , all our fans give us the great life we have and we should never forget it.

Have you ever meet a fan you were attracted for him? Have you dated anyone?

Yes it already happened but you know when I work I don't have time or any possibilities to do anything else than...working. I have my agent with me, bodyguards...If I sign autographs to really good-looking guys sometimes (and girls!) , I keep it for myself and then fantasy about it!

Now you´re gonna have a closer contact with them because you begin  to feature dance. What can you tell me about this experience? Have you worked very hard for being ready?

lol I don't start to feature-dance. I dance every week-end in clubs since 4 years and started to be on stage even before.  (OOOOOPS).

I feature-dance in France, Italy and since 2 years in USA and that's one of my favorite part of my job. I love being on stage as much as I love being in front of the camera. I like acting, teasing, playing, entertain the audience, men and women. I worked a lot on myself. I'm not a dancer or a pole-dancer but I worked on my own fears in order to be confident and sexy on stage.

I also try to wear beautiful costumes, take the time to chose my  soundtrack and create a little story for each of my show. I've been nominated “Adult Entertainer of the Year” in 2009 in Las Vegas, I really hope that I'll receive the award this year! For me it's a real career and investment.

You have a special man in your life, right? How is the man who can drive you crazy?

Yes he's VERY special. I couldn't be with somebody 100% normal lol  He's really smart, talentuous, good looking, generous, has a great sens of humor (I know it's a lot lol) .I really admire and respect him; he's my best friend and we share incredible moments together.

He doesn't “drive me crazy”, I'm not a teenager anymore you know so I don't think that these are the right words. I would say that he's a part of myself, naturally. It's now an evidence, I don't ask myself any questions anymore. I feel really serene.

Last question: Katsuni´s best kept secret:
